Where is Pioneer Park located?
Pioneer Park is located on the west edge of Brookings on 6th. St./ HWY 14 and 1st Ave. For more information,

What are the hours of the festival?
Saturday from 10:00 am. - 7:00 pm. Sunday from 10:00am. - 5:00pm.
Can I bring my pet to the Brookings Summer Arts Festival?
No pets of any kind are permitted in the park by exhibitors or attendees. If you do bring a pet, you will be asked to
leave the park.
Can I rollerblade or skateboard in the park?
There is no rollerblading or skateboarding allowed in the park.
Is soliciting for political office, churches, petitioning, or any like item allowed in the park?
None of the above mentioned is allowed.
Is emergency care available?
Yes, we have qualified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) at the park as well as an ambulance, along with
a number of police reserves.
Is there a lost and found ?
Yes, the lost and found is located behind the band shell and just to the south.
Is handicap parking available?
Yes, We have a gated area for handicap parking located on 6th. St. and 1st. Ave. There will not be a
handicap-accessible bus available this year.
Where can I park?
Parking is available on the side streets around the park where permitted.
Shuttle buses will run Saturday 9:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Busses run
between the park and the Runnings parking lot on 6th Street and from the University Mall. For the small fee of
$1.00 each way. If you have ever tried to find a place to park, the convenience of the shuttle bus is well worth it.
Where are the restrooms located in the park?
There are porta-potties located on the east end, north side, west end and at the back of the bandshell.
Where can I find information about being an artist, entertainer, being in the children's area or having a food
booth at the festival?
